I do not have a receptionist. In order to be respectful of every patient’s session, I cannot answer phone calls or messages while I am busy with a patient. I will, however, return messages in my breaks and in between appointments.
I can not attend to anyone who comes to my office without an appointment. Please only show up when you already have an appointment.
I will do my best to accommodate same day appointments, so feel free to phone or text early morning between 7 am and 9 am on weekdays before I start seeing patients. The best time to reach me by phone is between 8am – 9am or 3pm – 6pm, but feel free to leave a message during the day if I am not answering. Texting (or Whatsapp) is the preferred method of contact. Be sure to let me know your name, what I am seeing you for and what time and day you prefer. I will then get back to you as soon as I can.
